So this hat came in a box that was destroyed by usps. The cardboard box was smushed and half ripped open on one side and the hat looked deformed. Before asking for any replacement or refund I just figured I’d wear it out see if it formed back - and it literally looks perfect after a few days of wearing. The material speaks for itself and super happy with my purchase, even after USPS destroyed the box during delivery. Shows how good this material is, fit is perfect, and I will definitely be buying from this company more. 10/10.
