We appreciate you shopping with us at Brawn & Fox. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), we accept returns within 30 days of purchase date. Items must be in their original condition. We will refund your original form of payment within two business days of receiving the goods back at our warehouse. Please allow 10-14 business days for refunds to be processed with your financial institution.

To complete your return, please visit your account login.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping returns will be a flat rate of $4.90. There will also be a 10% of order restocking fee.
