Brawn & Fox, LLC ("Brawn & Fox," "we," "us," or "our") operates brawnandfox.com (the "Site"), where we sell golf headwear and accessories. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to the Site, to orders you place with us, and to our email and advertising activity.
We are a United States business based in Nashville, Tennessee, and we ship within the United States only.
1. Information you give us
Order information. When you buy something, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, phone number if you provide one, and the details of what you ordered.
Payment information. Card payments are processed by our payment providers through Shopify. Your full card number is submitted directly to those providers and is not stored on our systems. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the card brand and last four digits.
Account information. If you create an account, we store your login details and order history.
Marketing information. If you subscribe to emails, we collect your email address and whether you open or click our messages.
Support information. If you contact us, we keep your message and our reply, along with any order details you reference.
2. Information we collect automatically
When you browse the Site we collect what we call device information: your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, time zone, referring page, the pages and products you view, search terms you use on the Site, and how you move through the Site. We collect it using cookies, log files, pixels, tags and similar technologies. Section 5 explains those in more detail.
3. Information we do not collect
We do not collect government identification numbers, health information, biometric data, or precise geolocation from your device. We do not knowingly collect information from children — see section 12.
4. How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information for money.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
Essential cookies keep the Site working — your cart, your session, security. The Site cannot function without them.
Analytics cookies and tags tell us how the Site is used in aggregate: which pages are visited, where visitors arrive from, where they leave.
Advertising cookies and pixels let us and our advertising partners show you relevant ads and measure whether they worked. These are the ones that can follow you across other sites and apps.
Third parties do collect information about you across other sites. The analytics and advertising providers named in section 6 set their own cookies and pixels on the Site, and those can be used to recognise your browser on other websites and apps over time. We are stating this plainly because you are entitled to know it, not merely to infer it from a list of vendors.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking essential cookies will break parts of the Site. We do not currently operate a cookie-consent banner, so your browser settings, the platform opt-out links in section 7, and emailing us as described in section 9 are the controls available to you. 6. Who we share information with
We share personal information with service providers who work on our behalf, and only for the purposes described in this policy.

We may also disclose personal information when the law requires it — to comply with a subpoena, warrant or other lawful request — or where we need to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or protect the rights and safety of our customers or our business. If Brawn & Fox is ever involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, customer information may transfer as part of that transaction, and this policy will continue to apply until you are told otherwise.
7. Advertising, and what "sharing" means
We advertise on platforms including Google and Meta, and we use their tags and pixels on the Site to measure results and to show ads to people who have visited us. Under some United States privacy laws this activity counts as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, or as "targeted advertising," even though no money changes hands for your data. We are telling you plainly that we do it, and section 8 explains how to stop it.

8. Your choices and your rights
We extend the same rights to everyone, wherever you live. Several US states have comprehensive consumer privacy laws whose obligations depend on a company's size, and Brawn & Fox is a small business. Rather than work out which of them reaches us in any given year, we simply give every customer the same rights:

Know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it.

Access a copy of it, in a portable format where that is practical.

Correct anything that is wrong.

Delete it, except where we are legally required to keep it.

Opt out of targeted advertising and of the "sharing" described in section 7.

Be treated the same either way. We will not change your prices, your products or your service because you exercised a right.
Where a law in your state gives you a right beyond this list, that right applies too, and asking us is enough to invoke it.
To exercise any of this, email info@brawnandfox.com with your request and the email address you used to order. We will confirm who you are before acting, usually by checking details of a recent order, and we aim to respond within 45 days. If we need longer we will tell you why. An authorised agent may submit a request for you with written proof of authorisation. If we decline a request, we will tell you why and how to ask us to reconsider.
If you are in the EEA or the UK, note that we ship within the United States only and do not target our products to customers in Europe. If you visit the Site from there anyway, we process your information to perform any contract with you, on your consent for marketing, and on our legitimate interests in operating the Site and preventing fraud. You have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, and you may complain to your local supervisory authority.
9. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
There is no common industry standard for how to respond to a browser's Do Not Track signal, and we do not change our practices in response to it.
We also do not run an automated consent banner on the Site, and we do not automatically detect the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. We would rather tell you that plainly than imply a control we do not operate.
You can still opt out, and we will act on it. Email info@brawnandfox.com and we will apply the opt-out to your customer record and remove you from our advertising audiences. The browser controls in section 5 and the platform opt-out links in section 7 also work immediately and need nothing from us.
10. How long we keep information
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and legal purposes — generally seven years, which is what US tax record-keeping requires. We keep marketing information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep account information for as long as your account is open. Analytics and advertising data is retained on the schedules set by the providers named in section 6. When you ask us to delete your information, we delete what we are not legally required to keep, and we tell you if anything must be retained.
11. Where your information is processed
We operate in the United States. Our providers — Shopify in particular — process and store data in the United States and Canada, and some providers operate in other countries. Where information is transferred out of the EEA or the UK, our providers rely on legal transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
12. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email info@brawnandfox.com and we will delete it.
13. Security
We use Shopify's hosted infrastructure, which encrypts data in transit using TLS and is subject to PCI DSS requirements for payment handling. We limit access to customer information to the people who need it to run the business. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will tell you and the relevant authorities if a breach affecting your personal information occurs, as the law requires.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. The date at the top of this page always shows when it last changed, so you can tell at a glance whether anything has moved since you last read it.
If we make a material change — a new category of information collected, a new purpose, or a new category of third party we share with — we will update that date and post a notice on this page for at least 30 days. Where we hold your email address and the change affects information we already hold about you, we will email you as well. Continuing to use the Site after a change takes effect means the updated policy applies to you.
